I would like to express my appreciation for the professional and caring attitude of your nurse case manager while caring for my mother. My mother had extreme anxiety and often became assaultive. Your case managers impressed me in that they at no time reacted to this behavior, remaining calm and consistently working to solve the presenting problem. They not only addressed my mother, and attempted to calm her down, they provided me with much needed support during these stressful times. Until my mother's death, Tucson Care Management staff were a link to crucial information and their unfailing response was a source of strength for the family.....we never felt isolated from any professional help.....I would recommend Tucson Care Management to anyone requiring such services.
